ONAM - THE FESTIVAL OF HAPPINESS

                  Onam is a harvest festival and celebrates the reward of nature after a year of hard work. we celebrated this onam after two years due to covid pandemic. so this ona, was very special and auspicious to us. Onam celebrations were held on 1 st September 2022 by 10 am at MAR THEOPHILUS TRAINIG college campus. The college entrance and the multipurpose hall were decorated with pookolam.The Principal, teaching faculties,  and students attended the program at the multipurpose hall. Cultural events were presented from first years and second years which also included the iconic dance form – mega thiruvaathira kali at college entrance.

         

                  The Principal and faculties  shared their views about the program at the end. The traditional Onam Sadya was served to the gathering.  Students and staff members played and enjoyed various outdoor games.college will be reopened on  12th of september  after the Onam holidays.
